Los Angeles County appraisers will receive a $95 reimbursement toward their IAAO membership fee! 

This promotion will reduce the cost of membership for all Los Angeles County appraisers (after applying CAPE MOU professional dues reimbursements). In addition, for appraisers in an entry level position who are joining IAAO for the first time, the membership fee is at a reduced rate of $160 for a full year. The reduced rate coupled with the $95 reimbursement makes membership very affordable to new members for the first three years.
